The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that the loan facility availed by the petitioner has already been closed on satisfying the dues to the Bank and nothing further survives in this writ petition.

In the said circumstance, Ext.P2 is set aside and the writ petition is disposed of recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank.
