Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial one :-
"(i). Expedite the hearing of Nagar Palika Appeal No. 21 of 2015 (Sahab Lal v. Mewa Lal and others) and to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid appeal within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the Nagar Palika Appeal No.- 21 of 2015 (Sahab Lal v. Mewa Lal and others) strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.
