JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 54
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 42638 of 2019 Petitioner :- Shri Raman Singh Inter College Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sandeep Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Rajiv Joshi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to make the centre of Examination 2020 to the petitioners' institution forthwith.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner's institution applied for the examination centre for conducting the High School and Intermediate Examination, 2020 and fulfilled all the criteria as laid down in the government order dated 16.10.2019, but in the final list issued by the Secretary, Madhyamik Education, U.P., his institution could not find place. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation on 3.12.2019 within prescribed time, but his representation has not yet been decided by the respondent no.1-Secretary, Madhyamik Education, U.P.
Under these circumstances, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1-Secretary, Madhyamik Education, U.P. to decide the petitioner's representation dated 3.12.2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
