Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel representing the respondents is unable to proffer any justification why the honorarium of the petitioner, a Para Legal Volunteer has not been paid. It is stated that the respondents 2 and 3 shall duly verify the work done by the concerned Para Legal Volunteer and all dues which are found to be payable, shall be released within a period of three weeks from today.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
