O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has already been filed by the respondent-police in the case before the trial Court and he prays for time to obtain the same and to file an application for amending the relief sought in the instant petition.
2. In that view of the matter no purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if no case is made out under the charge-sheet, liberty be given to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh.
Reserving such liberty, petition stands dismissed.
