The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the parties settled the matter out of Court, hence the appellants have instructed them to withdraw the Second Appeal. The learned Counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
