Grievance is with regard to denial of retiral dues to petitioner. None appears for the petitioner even in the revised list.
Dr. A.N. Singh, learned Standing Counsel makes a statement on the basis of the instructions received from the Commandant concerned as per which the entire amount due and payable to petitioner together with interest has been disbursed in his account on 25.6.2021.
In view of the statement so made by the learned Standing Counsel, which is not disputed, this petition is consigned to records.
