Against the cancellation of caste certificate, the petitioner's appeal is stated to be pending before the State Level Committee constituted in this behalf. The said appeal is pending since 5.12.2016.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner without unnecessary delay.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
