The instant application seeks a direction upon the court concerned to decide temporary injunction application 7-C in Original Suit No. 193 of 2018 within a stipulated period with a further prayer that till disposal of such application, parties be directed to maintain status quo.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the other side has been duly served with notice of the proceeding and the next date fixed is 03.11.2018 before the court below.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioner to press the temporary injunction application before the court concerned on the next date fixed. In case the other side has been duly served with notice of the proceeding and there is no legal impediment in proceeding further, it is expected that the court concerned shall accord due consideration to the application and take appropriate decision on the said pending application in accordance with law, after hearing both sides.
With the aforesaid observation/liberty, this petition is disposed off.
