1. Mukesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Janardan Prakash, learned AGA for the State and Sri Manoj Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that parties have entered into a compromise in the matter of Case No.79 of 2019 (State vs. Ramakant Mishra) arising out of Case Crime No.449 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Aurai, District Bhadohi, pending in the court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Bhadohi- Gyanpur, in which compromise has been verified by learned Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Bhadohi-Gyanpur vide order dated 15.09.2021.
3. In terms of the verification of the compromise, entire proceedings of Case No.79 of 2019 (State vs. Ramakant Mishra) arising out of Case Crime No.449 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Aurai, District Bhadohi, pending in the court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Bhadohi-Gyanpur as well as cognizance order dated 09.01.2019, are hereby quashed.
4. In above terms, petition is disposed off.
