Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of S.T. No. 154 of 2015 State Versus Ramakant and others under sections 147,376,511,323 I.P.C. P.S. Shirajpur district Kanpur Dehant pending in the court of learned Fast Track Court No.1, Kanpur Dehat.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he shall file an application for discharge which may be considered by the Court below.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioners are permitted to move discharge application on behalf of petitioners. In case discharge application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Court below in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
