1. The present application u/s.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicants herein - original accused to quash and set aside the criminal complaint being C.R.No.I-4 of 2003 registered before Mehsana City Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Today when the present application is taken up for final hearing, Ms.Vyoma Jhaveri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants has stated at the bar that after investigation is completed, Investigating Officer has submitted "C" Summary Report and the same has been accepted by the learned Magistrate.
3. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as the same does not survive and the same has become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier if any stands vacated forthwith.
