JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is required to be disposed of in view of the development in the matter in form of issuance of Resolution by the State dated 1.3.2012. The same is taken on record. Apropos the said resolution, now the petitioner would be at liberty to apply afresh in terms of the Resolution and if such application is made, the same shall be decided in accordance with law by competent authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt thereof.
With this observation, petition is disposed. Notice discharged. No costs.
