Advocate - for R1 & R2 ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 09.07.2016 and further direct the respondents to measure his land in Grama Natham Old Survey No.75, New Survey No.132/7 in Maashar Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and issue patta.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2016, the respondents have not measured the petitioner's land and issued patta sofar.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that earlier the land was measured at the instance of the third respondent and there was some difference in the measurement and therefore, aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has given a representation dated 09.07.2016 for measuring the land once again and for issuance of patta in his name.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to measure the land in Grama Natham Old Survey No.75, New Survey No.132/7 in Maashar Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District in the presence of the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the third respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
