Sri Sunil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel representing the Jal Nigam states that all retiral benefits which are admittedly due and payable to the petitioner shall be released within a period of three months from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
While releasing the aforesaid dues, the respondents shall also consider the prayer for grant of interest on account of delayed disbursal in light of the decision rendered in Yogendra Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and other [Writ A No.22639 of 2016] The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
