The issue raised in the above writ petition is as to how the 50% aggregate as specified in the notification in English has to be interpreted. There is also an additional ground as to the Malayalam notification not containing such stipulation of “aggregate”. The issue is no longer res integra since this Court has found the same against the petitioner in W.P.(C).25843/2014 which has been affirmed by a Division Bench in W.A.1473/2014. Following the aforesaid judgment, the writ petition is dismissed in limine.
