Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Prashant Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has made following prayer:-
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to allow the present applicant and direct to the court below to remand back the order dated 3.4.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj in Complaint Case No. 725 of 2017 (Smt. Ramadevi Vs. Hari Singh and others), u/s 498A IPC and Section ¾ D.P. Act, P.S. Dholana, District Kasganj."
The above mentioned prayer is very vague and not maintainable because the applicant has approached this Court without availing remedy of revision.
Accordingly, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed because of alternative remedy being available at appropriate forum.
