1. Petitioner has moved the writ petition contending that there are a number of regular stage carriage permit holders operating in the route Vadakkancherry-Paliyamangalam via Mudappallur, Chittiamchery, Kadampidi and on the route Thrissur-Govindapuram, Thrissur-Ozhalapathy, Thrissur-Vandithavalam, Thrissur- Kozhinjampara etc. via Mannuthy, Patttikkad, Vadakkancherry, Mudappallur, Nenmara, Kollengode etc. without following the timing schedule as settled by the authorities under the Motor Vehicles Act and Rules. Petitioner has also produced some copies of the time schedules of the buses operating in the route Govindapuram-Thrissur. It is to be noticed that none of the operators W.P.(C)No.30302 of 2014 -:2:-
against whom complaints were raised are impleaded herein. Petitioner contends that he has filed a detailed complaint before the first respondent, the Secretary, RTA seeking issuance of time-sheets of the buses operating between Govindapuram-Thrissur by noting the passing time of the buses at Kollamkode, Nenmara and Wadakkancherry. Petitioner's contention cannot be agitated without any other persons in the party array. This Court is not inclined to issue a blanket direction, as sought for by the petitioner.
For all the above reasons, the writ petition would stand dismissed.
