Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 2. By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment of learned Single Judge dated 14.11.2014 in WP(C) No.30302 of 2014. The writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to consider and take decision on Ext.P9 representation filed by the petitioner relating to the respective permits issued by the respondents to the respective vehicles on the route Govindapuram-Thrissur.
3. This Court, while hearing the writ appeal, on 29.11.2014 passed the following order :
"Learned Government Pleader will obtain instructions as to whether any action has been taken on Ext.P9, which is shown to have been received on 28.8.2014 on behalf of the Regional Transport Officer, Palakkad.”

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P9 was received and is under consideration. It is submitted that timing conference shall be convened for finalising the time schedule. In view of the submission, it is clear that Ext.P9 is under consideration. We dispose of this writ appeal with a direction that appropriate decision be taken by the concerned respondent in accordance with law. The said decision shall be taken and completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The order of the learned Single Judge is thus modified accordingly.
