This Regular Second Appeal coming on for Orders this day, the Court delivered the following:
Judgment None appears for the appellant.
This Court on 04.06.2019, granted time till closure of office hours on 07.06.2019 to take steps for issuance of notice to the respondents, subject to the condition that the appeal shall be dismissed for default if the steps are not taken.
2. The appeal is belated by six hundred and sixty three days. Notice on the application for condonation of delay is issued on 29.03.2019 and no efforts are made even to pay the process fee.
3. It is obvious that the concerned is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for default.
