THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri Zulfikir Kumar Shafi, learned counsel for he petitioners.
The writ petitions are admitted for hearing and the same are heard finally.
2. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners inter alia pray for a direction to the respondent to consider the letter dated 28.01.2019 and restructure the petitioners’ loan accorded under the Sanction Memorandum dated 17.08.2016.
3. When the matters were taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions be disposed of with the direction to the Competent Authority to consider the letter dated 28.01.2019 submitted by the petitioners for restructure of the loan accorded to the petitioner by a speaking order within a fixed time limit.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with the direction to the Competent Authority to consider the letter dated 28.01.2019 submitted by the petitioners for restructure of the loan accorded to the petitioners by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
