Mr.L.R. Pujari, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for extension of temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the engagement of his daughter and to look after education of his son.
It appears that he was already released for a period of 30 days and he should have completed the work during that period.
Under these circumstances, we are not inclined to extend the period of temporary bail and he is directed to surrender with the jail authorities on 02.07.2012.
Application disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
