The present applicant has filed this application for early hearing of Criminal Revision Application No.243 of 2008.
Heard Mr.A.S.Asthavadi, learned advocate for the applicant. He has submitted that the applicant was suspended and thereafter terminated from the service due to conviction. It is submitted that the applicant has retired and all his dues are pending with the Government.

I have perused list of pendency of Revision Application. This Revision is filed in the year 2008.
Looking to the pendency of Revision Application, present application cannot be entertained. The applicant is permitted to file fresh application, if his Revision is not heard within six months.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
