Heard Sri Parmeshwar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondent and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has complained of encroachment on certain land in the rural areas which according to him is public land.
Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 fully takes care of such cases where the complaints are made in respect of the public land. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner may approach the competent authority under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In the event any such complaint is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be examined strictly in accordance with law after putting to notice all the concerned parties.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
