Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher in an aided Intermediate College. The petitioner retired upon attaining the age of superannuation on 31st March, 2019 but so far the post retiral dues including pension have not been paid to the petitioner in spite of various representations being made. Amongst other outstanding dues, salary for the month of March, 2019 has also not been paid to the petitioner.
Let a representation be made by the petitioner to the respondent no.2, who may look into the matter and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
