The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 659 of 2018 expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that the defendants had entered appearance in the proceedings on 17.01.2019.
The petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
