Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and also perused the record.
Grievance of the petitioners is that for the correction of a mistake occurred in the Khatauni with regard to Plot Nos.156, 201m and 326 of Village Bamhauri Kurmin, Tehsil Kulpahad, District Mahoba, the petitioners have moved an application on 08.06.2021 before the Deputy Collector concerned but no action was taken thereon till date.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the application moved by the petitioners was not under the relevant provisions. He further submits that the petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy to approach the Authority concerned under Section 32 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the petitioners may approach the relevant authority under Section 32 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and ventilate their grievances there.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
