Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, on instructions, submits that respondent No. 2 has already decided the petitioner's representation made in pursuance of the letter dated 4.1.2018 vide order dated 21.5.2018. On being confronted with this, counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take a remedy against the order dated 21.5.2018 by which his representation has been rejected. Petition is disposed of, as not pressed, with liberty as prayed.
