This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to declare result of the petitioner by treating their OMR sheets to be valid.
It appears that petitioners have appeared in the T.E.T. Examination 2017 but they have not correctly filled their OMR sheets, and therefore, their claim has not been considered on merits. It is only on the basis of particulars filled in the OMR sheets that candidature of an applicant is required to be considered. In case petitioners have not filled their OMR sheets correctly as a result whereof their results have not been declared, no illegality can be shown on part of the authorities.
Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
