JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners,learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.
Under challenge is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 1386A of 2009, under Sections 452, 323,504, 506 IPC, police station- Ramkot, district -Sitapur. We have gone through the contents of the FIR. Three ladies are said to have been injured.
We do not find any plausible reason to quash the FIR, since it discloses commission of cognizable offence.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. However, it is provided that if petitioners surrender and move applications for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the courts below.
