Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the Kerosene quota to the petitioner for the month of February, 2009.
This Court by order dated 27.08.2009 directed the respondents to release the kerosene quota to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid interim order, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the Writ Petition.
The Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
