JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Counter affidavit filed on behalf of State is taken on record.
Sri S.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. states that final report has been submitted in the present case.
Sri S.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, who is complainant of the present case, to avail the appropriate remedy available under the law before the competent court against the submission of final report.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
