JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is alleged that the orders dated 8.7.2009 and 18.11.2009 passed by this court has been violated. From a perusal of the petition, a prima facie case is made out. Issue notice to opposite party fixing 4th March, 2010. The Counter affidavit may be filed within the aforesaid period or else charges may be framed after summoning the noticee.
However, one more opportunity is granted to the opposite party to comply with the order within a month.
The office may send a copy of this order along with the notice. The opposite party shall remain present on the next date fixed. Order Date :- 19.1.2010 SS
