Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner alleges that the respondent No.5, who is the elected Pradhan, has misappropriated the funds received for the constructions of Lavatory under the Bhartiya Swachata Abhiyan.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that the respondents No.1 to 4 be directed to hold an inquiry against her on the complaint made by the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the directions to the respondents No. 2 to 4 to consider the complaint/application of the petitioner, if any, for an inquiry against respondent No.5 in accordance with law after duly verifying that the complaint is in order and is according to the procedure laid down under the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the Rules framed thereunder.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
