Shri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no. 4 submits that entire arrears of salary of the applicant have been paid subject to further orders passed in Special Appeal preferred by the State authorities. Shri Shukla further submits that pension and G.P.F. could not be paid to the applicants as there was no contribution on their behalf.

Let an affidavit be filed within a week, explaining the said position.
