If that is the case, then there should be no pendency in the Board of Revnue. The Revision No.2255 of 2017 may therefore be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
After the Revision is disposed of, further action shall be taken. The writ petition is disposed of.
