Petitioner's husband was working as Cleaner in the respondent medical college, who is said to have died in harness in December, 2017. An application for grant of compassionate appointment has been moved by the petitioner on 5.2.2018 which has remained pending and has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
