Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to expedite the Complaint Case No. 966 of 2017 (Ram Vilas Chaurasia v. Hemant Kumar) U/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Sakaldiha, District Chandauli.
It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending for last four years and in support of his contention he has annexed the order sheet of the aforesaid case, therefore, a direction is sought to be issued to the trial court for expeditious disposal of this case.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection if such direction is issued.
In view of the above, it is directed that court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today without permitting undue adjournments to either side, if there is no legal impediment.
With aforesaid direction, this Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of without issuing any notice to O.P. No. 2 as it is an innocuous order. If the O.P. No. 2 feels aggrieved, he may approach this Court.
