Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Sri Neeraj Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to high school certificate, at the time incident applicant was minor as his date of birth is 1st January, 2002. It is further submitted that applicant is juvenile, hence he does not want to press the bail application, it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh before competent court.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh before competent court.
Certified copy the impugned order be returned after retaining a photo copy of the same on the record.
