Heard learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Adarsh Bhushan learned counsel for the respondent.
This appeal is delayed by a substantial period of time. Even otherwise we find that the writ petition has been filed challenging the order whereby he was denied the salary for the period he was absent from duty against which an appeal was filed that was dismissed and a revision against the same was also rejected. In this view of the matter, this appeal cannot be entertained keeping in view the provisions of Chapter 8 Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules 1952.
The appeal is accordingly rejected.
The dismissal of this appeal will however not prejudice the rights of the appellant to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
