Learned A.G.A. for the State has pointed out that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has alternative remedy to file a contempt petition for the compliance of order of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be dismissed as not pressed in order to enable him to seek appropriate legal remedy available under the law.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on this ground alone with the aforesaid liberty.
