Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel Sri Dharmedra Kumar Pandey put his appearance on behalf respondent nos. 1 and 2.
After some argument a prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to issue a mandamus directing the respondent no. 3/Consolidation Officer, Hasanpur, District Amroha (J.P. Nagar) to decide the objections raised by the petitioners.
Without entering into the merits of the case, petitioners are permitted to make a fresh representation ventilating all their grievances before the respondent no. 3 along-with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If, such representation is made, respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the same, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months thereafter.
