Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 143 of 2019, under Sections 307, 504 IPC, Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad.
Undisputedly the present applicants have been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. The aforesaid order has not been assailed or questioned by the applicant till date. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground to extend the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Accordingly while this application is dismissed, it is left open to the applicants, if so chosen and advised, to assail the order passed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and seek interim protection in those proceedings.
