The grievance sought to be raised by means of the present habeas corpus petition is with regard to the alleged disappearance of two sons, of age 23 and 25 years respectively, of the petitioner no.1.
Sri Awadesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that in respect of the grievance the petitioners have adequate remedies available to them under law, and that they would take recourse to the said remedies.
In view of the aforesaid, the court is not inclined to entertain the present petition seeking a writ of habeas corpus.
The petition stands accordingly dismissed.
