Heard Sri Adarsh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
It is contended that petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher on ad-hoc basis on 28.07.1995, attained the age of superannuation on 31.03.2019. It is further contended that he has received his G.P.F. but the pension has not been released by the authorities concerned.
Ventilating his grievance petitioner has made a representation on 22.11.2019 before the respondent no. 1 which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, respondent no. 1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
