Court No. - 1
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 42793 of 2019 Petitioner :- M/S Ram Traders Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prem Shankar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Archit Mandhyan
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Heard Sri Prem Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Neelabh Srivastava holding brief of Sri Aadarsh Bhushan representing respondent no. 6 on whose behalf he has filed power, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under article 226 of the constitution, the petitioner has assailed the notice dated 10.12.2019.
In our considered opinion, a mere notice does not give any cause of action to maintain the writ petition at this stage. It is always open for the petitioner to file objection against the notice.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed and consigned to record.
