1. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra vide report dated 22.12.2016 has informed that Revisionist-1, Ram Swaroop and Revisionist- 3, Ramesh Chandra both have died and, therefore this revision stands abated so far as aforesaid revisionists is concerned and it is now surviving only for Revisionist-2.
2. Learned counsel appearing for Revisionist-2 wants some time to prepare the matter.
3. Passed over for the day.
