Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to forthwith remove the illegal encroachment over Shiv Mandir and Well. A further prayer is made to direct the respondent no. 3 to forthwith conduct proper inquiry and punish the culprits for the deed which is undergone b them.
This petition is not supported by an affidavit of any of the petitioners and the prayer made is also vague and no revenue record has been annexed to indicate that the encroachment is on a public utility land.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Prayer so made is allowed.
Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
