Sri Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner as raised in this petition for release of Rs.75,000/- retained towards gratuity and fixation of proper pension shall be examined in accordance with law and a final decision communicated with expedition. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
