Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA on behalf of State.
This application is filed with a prayer that the bail application in case crime no. 645 of 2010 on behalf of the applicants may be considered expeditiously by the courts below in the light of the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others (2009) 4 Supreme Court Cases, 437.
This application is disposed with the direction that in the event, the applicant appears before the court concerned and applies for bail within two weeks from today in case crime no. 645 of 2010 under sections 302, 404, 147, 148, 149 IPC, P.S. City Kotwali, District Banda, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day in conformation of the principles laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others (2009) 4 Supreme Court Cases, 437.
